Basic terms of use:
This site is for the use of it's members and there are just a few rules to help keep things organized..
1) This site is not for the solicitation of it's members for any commercial purpose..If you're here to sell something, please find another avenue to pursue..Posts/topics of this type will be deleted by site administration without notice, at our discretion.A private party transaction may be allowed, between members, at the administrations discretion.
2) Please keep your posts tasteful and recognize that this site is for family use.
a)As the forum cannot be monitored all the time, please understand that inappropriate posts/topics will be dealt with as soon as
possible..If you come across such a post, please notify us immediately.
3) The site owners/operaters will not be held responsible for any damages, either incidental or consequential, from the application or use of information from this site or it's associated forums.
a) This includes, but is not limited to, modifications to your vehicle..Modifications can cause damage, or void a factory warranty..No one here wants you to hurt your vehicle..Do your own research before adding/using aftermarket items or making changes to your vehicles systems..Claims made by members should be considered opinions, and not facts..
4) Site administators/moderators have the right to move, edit, or delete any catagory, topic, post, or user without notice.
5) Photo's submitted by yourself, in public areas of the forum, may used and/or moved by the site administration, in other public areas of the forum..
a) You also understand that appropriate photos, of you or your truck, taken at our meets, may be used/shown in public areas of
the site, unless you specifically request for a picture not to be used..Just let us know if you have a pic up and you don't like
it..We'll pull it off of the site ..
b) In addition, photos from members and submitted to the site may be used for promotional purposes of the club, without
remuneration..Basically, if we have a club meet, and a pic from it is used on a shirt, business card, etc., you don't expect to
get paid for it being used.It is for the betterment/promotion of the club..
6) The use of this site and/or it's associated forums constitutes that you have read and agree to these terms, which may be amended at any time.
